1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DustFreeCo's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at dustfreeco.cc (the "Service") operated by DustFreeCo ("us", "we", or "our"). Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

2. Description of Services

DustFreeCo provides professional cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. Our services are performed by trained and insured cleaning professionals.

  • Deep cleaning and sanitization
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to take sole responsibility for activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for regular cleaning services and 48 hours notice for deep cleaning services.

Booking Requirements:

  • Minimum 24-hour advance booking for regular services
  • Minimum 48-hour advance booking for deep cleaning
  • Accurate property information and access instructions
  • Clear communication of specific cleaning requirements
  • Payment information must be provided at time of booking

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment processors.

For recurring services, payment is required before each scheduled cleaning. Failure to provide payment may result in service cancellation and possible additional fees.

Payment Policies:

  • Payment due upon service completion
  • Recurring services require payment before each visit
  • Returned payment fee: ₱500
  • Service cancellation fees may apply
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, we require adequate notice for cancellations and rescheduling to fairly compensate our cleaning professionals and maintain service quality.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of service cost
  • Less than 12 hours: 75% of service cost
  • Same day cancellation: 100% of service cost
  • No-show: 100% of service cost

No Cancellation Fee:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Free
  • Weather-related cancellations
  • Emergency situations (case by case)
  • Service provider illness

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Our guarantee covers cleaning quality issues but does not cover damage to fragile items, pre-existing conditions, or areas not accessible for cleaning.

8. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing safe access to cleaning areas and ensuring that valuable or fragile items are properly secured or removed before our arrival.

User Obligations:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to cleaning areas
  • Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
  • Inform us of any special cleaning requirements or restrictions
  • Ensure pets are secured during cleaning visits
  • Provide necessary cleaning supplies if using client's products
  • Maintain adequate lighting in all areas to be cleaned

9. Insurance and Liability

DustFreeCo maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Our cleaning professionals are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DustFreeCo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

We collect and process personal information only as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. All personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Prohibited Activities Include:

  • Using services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering
  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service
  • Attempting to access restricted areas
  • Using automated systems to access the service

13. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Service availability may also be affected by equipment failures, supply shortages, or other operational challenges. We will make every effort to reschedule affected services promptly.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
